At KINZ WEAR, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the personal and intimate nature of lingerie products, certain return and refund restrictions apply for hygiene and safety reasons. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, lingerie, underwear, panties, bodysuits, and other intimate products are generally not eligible for return or exchange once delivered, unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or does not match the order placed.

To be eligible for assistance, customers must contact KINZ WEAR within 48 hours of receiving their order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the item
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the request and, where applicable, offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the following are generally not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or worn items
  • Washed items
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Intimate wear and underwear products due to hygiene reasons
  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper use or handling
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items, unless defective or incorrect

Refunds

Refunds are only considered when an item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, unavailable after purchase, or incorrectly sent by KINZ WEAR.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, the refund process will be initiated according to the applicable payment method.

Please note that shipping or delivery charges may not be refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.

Exchanges

Where possible, KINZ WEAR may offer an exchange or replacement for eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

All exchanges are subject to product availability.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Color and Size Variations

We make every effort to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or photography.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review the product description and size guide before placing an order.
